The Endowment Commissioner of Odisha has engaged one Executive Officer for the management of the Temple of Grameswar Mahadev. He get his remuneration from the temple fund in every month.

As per his guidance the rituals of the temple are being performed. There is also an adorer to worship in the temple regularly and a priest to cook in the temple. There is also a helper engaged to clean the temple, to collect material for adoration and to help the adorer and priest in the temple. During festivals an adorer worships and an astrologer reads calendar.

They all are gifted with the properties of the Temple. But some service renders who are not enjoying the properties of the temple are getting their dues from the temple as per their respective turn. Specific drum beaters beat drums in different festivals  and get their fees. The singers of the glory of God, shoulderer of wooden temple, barbers, carpenters, Blacksmith, fisherman, pot makers etc. and thirty six type of service renders provide their respective service to the God and are also enjoying the property of God for the said purpose.
